40 year old Earl Scott Roark of Crossville was arrested by the Carmi Police Department following a traffic stop early Tuesday morning. Just after 12:30am Roark was pulled over at the intersection of 7th and Smith Streets and was taken into custody for driving on a revoked license. Roark was transported to the White County Jail and later was released after posting a $150 bond.
