In White County Court Thursday morning, 35 year old Jason P Schneider of Carmi entered guilty pleas on two felony counts relating to him threatening a county employee in April according to States Attorney Denton Aud.
Schneider was sentenced to three and a half years each on one count of intimidation and one count of disorderly conduct. The two sentences will run concurrently. In addition, Schneider was ordered to serve one year of mandatory supervised release on each count following incarceration, and was ordered to pay all fines, fees, costs, and assessments.
