A 20 year old Carmi man is free on $1,075 bond following a Monday afternoon Warrant Arrest by the White County Sheriff’s Department. A Sheriff’s Deputy arrested Leif E. Harper Monday afternoon on a White County Warrant for Violation of an Order of Protection and a Williamson County Warrant for Failure to Appear for DUI.
