A 41 year old Carmi man, Jeremy Scott Allen, was arrested by Carmi Police Wednesday afternoon on a White County Warrant for Failure to Appear on a charge of Aggravated Battery and Domestic Battery. He is being held in the White County Jail on $3,500 bond.
