Carmi Police arrested 29 year old Dustin Grant of Carmi after they were called to a residence on Smith Drive Monday night.
Grant was taken into custody at 7:34 pm on a charge of resisting a police officer. He is being held at the White County Jail in lieu of a $150 bond.
