Carmi Man Arrested for Child Solicitation
Andrew P. Horne, 27 of 414 Rice Street, Carmi was arrested Tuesday evening just before 7 o’clock on a White County warrant for indecent solicitation of a child.
Horne was transported to the City County Jail for processing, where he remains in custody this (wed) morning. Bail was set at $6,000.
