The Carmi Lions Club is doing their part to help young’ns head back to school in good shape. The organization will host a Back To School Backpack Breakfast this Saturday offering Free Pancakes and a Biscuits and Gravy Breakfast along with a Free Backpack filled with school supplies for the first 60 kids entering grades Kindergarten through 6th. It’s 7am – 10am this Saturday at the Carmi Lions Den 305 1st Street. The Lions Club welcomes everyone to enjoy breakfast and invites those able to drop off donations of non perishable food for local food pantries.
