Carmi City Council Meets Tuesday
The Carmi City Council will met for the last of their two monthly meetings Tuesday evening at 5:30 in the council chambers.
The meeting agenda appears fairly routine with the main item of business consideration of possibly moving the November 6 council meeting, as that is election day.
The meeting will include updates from mayor Jeff Pollard. He will likely have an update on the Halloween campout at Burrell Woods.
Also on the agenda, reports from the standing committees, as well as routine approval of financial reports and vendor invoices.
The city council meets twice each month, normally on the first and third Tuesday of the month. The meetings are open to the public.
