The Carmi Chamber of Commerce would like to invite you to their 75th Annual Chamber of Commerce Dinner on Monday, October 7, 2019 beginning at 6:00 p.m. with a social hour and continuing at 6:30 p.m. with dinner at Carmi VFW. As always, highlights of the evening will include the Mayor’s State of the City Address and the announcement of the 2019 Citizen of the Year and 2019 Small and Large Business of the Year. This year’s White County CEO Class will also be introduced.
The guest speaker this year will be Carmi native Scott Wylie. Scott is currently living in Evansville and has served as the Director of the Vanderburgh Community Foundation since August 2011. He also serves as a consultant to the Volunteer Lawyers Program of Southwestern Indiana and the Vanderburgh County Family Court and provide consulting and facilitation services to non-profit organizations around the country. When time permit’s he also teaches at both the University of Evansville and well as the University of Southern Indiana. Scott has never lost his love for his hometown. Hearing Scott will be worth the price of admission alone.
The cost of the dinner is $20 per person for Chamber Members and their guest, and $25 for non-members. As we have done in the past, we are offering the opportunity to advertise your business on a placemat that will be at each individual setting. Ads cost $30 each.
