The Carmi Chamber of Commerce has awarded $300 grants to each of the following teachers in the Carmi White County School District:
Stacy Simon – CWCJHS – 7th Grade 3D printer
Hilary Gee – Jefferson School – Art Supplies for Student Mentor
Sarah Richards – Jefferson School – Education Games & Materials
Melissa Dartt – Jefferson School – Language Art Materials
The 6th Grade Team: Kendra Winter, Tammy Sexton, Lora O’Daniel, AmberOchs, Megan King, Rachel Attebury – Washington Attendance Center – Community Service Projects
The grant recipients were selected by the Chamber’s Education Committee and approved by the Board of Directors. The Carmi Chamber of Commerce is pleased to provide these grants to help further the education of students in the Carmi White County School District.
