Halloween is still nearly 2 full months away, but it’s certainly not too early to start planning. That’s why City of Carmi Mayor is announcing Trick or Treat hours now. Youngins will have from 4p – 8p to visit homes with porch lights on. This year, Halloween is on a Sunday.
