Cardinals on the Air (Thursday)
The 2019 Major League Baseball season officially opens tomorrow (Thursday) and that means WROY AM 1460 and 92.1 FM will begin our broadcast coverage of the St. Louis Cardinals.
The first broadcast of the regular season will begin around 12:15 Thursday with the pre-game show; game time; 1 p.m. at the Cardinals take on the Milwaukee Brewers on the road.
Thursday’s game is the first of four against the Brewers.
Friday and Saturday will be nightgames, while the Sunday matchup will be in the afternoon.
The Redbirds are on the road through Thursday, April 4, when they will be back in St. Louis for the home-opener against the San Diego Padres.
Prior to coming home, the Cardinals will play two against the Pittsburgh Pirates at PNC Park in Pittsburgh.
