An Evansville man is behind bars in Carmi and will be in video court with Judge Denton Aud tomorrow (Friday) after Carmi Police arrested him at the probation office in town Wednesday afternoon. 29-year-old Tristan Capps was wanted on an outstanding Edwards County warrant that dates back to a July of 2023 charge and subsequent conviction of Aggravated Fleeing Police. Capps was serving probation in White County for a July 2023 plea deal related to a Possession of Meth conviction.
