The City of Carmi has issued a burn ban until further notice. The public’s cooperation is appreciated during this period of dry weather.
Hamilton County is also under a burn ban until further notice. Due to the high temperatures and dry conditions all open burning is permitted. The burn ban will be lifted when conditions improve.
