A Carmi woman is out on pre-trial release after her arrest at the Carmi Police Department Friday afternoon. Carmi officers received a visit from 25-year-old Savanna Bailey of 6th Street just after 5pm. She was reportedly there regarding a Criminal Damage to Property report. While there, Bailey was taken into custody for a White County arrest warrant alleging she concealed a fugitive dating back to December 17th. Upon her arrest, Bailey was taken to the White County Jail, booked and released about an hour and a half later. Online court records don’t yet show when she’s due before a judge on the charge.
