The White County Sheriff’s Department took a report Tuesday afternoon of an attempted break-in in rural Carmi.
Yvonna Sullivan told deputies that a storage trailer on a property at 1091 County Road 1700N had a padlock attempted to have been pried off and a back entrance door showed signs of attempted entry.
No entrance was gained to the trailer, and nothing had been stolen.
