32 year old Jeremiah Burnett of Crossville turned himself into the White County Sheriff’s Department Saturday at 12:35 pm on a White County warrant. Burnett was processed by Jail staff, and released after posting a $2000 bond.
Just after 1pm Saturday, Sheriff’s deputies arrested 32 year old Jarrod Talley on a charge of domestic battery after responding to a call about a domestic disturbance on Shipley Street. Talley was transported to the White County Jail, where he was held without bail pending a court hearing.
Sunday afternoon, deputies took a report of damage to property in Crossville. Velma Pennington told deputies that sometime Saturday or Sunday morning, someone damaged a wooden gate at her home on State Street and broke the hinges.
Just after 9:30 pm Sunday night, 41 year old Herbert Niehaus was arrested by White County deputies at his residence outside of Crossville on a charge of domestic battery. Niehaus is being held at the White County Jail without bond pending a court hearing.
