Foot Chase and Warrant Lands Carmi Man in Jail

After a brief foot pursuit, Carmi Police were able to catch 31-year-old Harley Lewallen.Lewallen was wanted by authorities on a White County warrant for Aggravated Domestic Battery. Police arrested Lewallen for the warrant, along with a charge of Resisting/Obstructing a Peace Officer.
