Miller Turns Herself in at CPD Monday on White County Warrant

24 year old Shania A. Miller, of Carmi, turned herself in at the Carmi Police Department Monday afternoon on a White County Warrant for Violating an Order of Protection. She is currently being held in the White County Jail on $300 bond.
