Jan. 20 – SIC Lady Falcons Softball hosts a Hitting Camp at SI Elite in Marion. Session 1 for ages 5-11 from 9-10:45 a.m. Session 2 for ages 12-18 from 11 a.m.-12:45 p.m. Cost is $50 and includes a camp t-shirt. Jan. 31 – 7 p.m. – SIC Falcons Basketball takes on the Brescia University Bearcats at SIC’s Joseph C. Deaton Gym.
Feb. 3 – 6:30-8:30 p.m. – The SIC Softball Team is hosting “Meet the Team” a dinner fundraiser in the SIC Cafeteria. Hear from Falcon coaches, and players as they gear up for an incredible season. Feb. 4 – 2-3 p.m. – A reception for the Still Life and Janet Bixler art exhibitions will be held in the Ella Elizabeth Hise Museum of Regional Art.
Feb. 8 – 8:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. – SIC‘s Division of Mathematics, Science, and Technology will host the Academic Challenge Regional Competition in B-building. Participating area high school Academic Challenge teams will compete in subjects associated with science and engineering. Feb. 10 – 5:30 p.m. – SIC Foundation and Ferrell Hospital present Dueling Pianos: Concert for a Cause featuring the world-famous Howl at the Moon in SIC’s Deaton Gym.
