Carmi – Illinois State Police (ISP) District 19 Commander, Captain Nathan Douglas, announces the results of a Roadside Safety Check (RSC) held in Saline County during November. District 19 Officers conducted the RSC at the intersection of IL Route 34 and IL Route 145.
