Carmi Police investigating stolen guns; make domestic battery arrest Sunday

The Carmi Police Department is investigating the theft of two guns reported on Sunday. Serena Short told officers at 2 pm that sometime between October 2nd and Sunday, a Remington shotgun and a Ruger pistol were taken from a residence at 102 Herbert Avenue.
