Another bike theft reported to Carmi PD

The Carmi Police Department is investigating a bicycle theft reported Wednesday afternoon.Just after 4:30 pm, Amy Flowers told officers her yellow Kent Freestyle bike was stolen from outside her apartment on N. Main Cross Street.
