Carmi Police receive theft report Wednesday night

The Carmi Police Department is investigating the theft of a lawn ornament from a residence on Smith Drive.Pamela Thomason reported to police at 6:50 pm Wednesday that someone had stolen an eagle statue from her front porch sometime between December 2nd and the 13th.
