School Board Approves New Employees
The Carmi White County School Board took a number of actions during the closed session Monday night, mostly dealing with employment.
The board approved Vivien Browning, Shannon Nausley and Helen Girten as Lincoln Attendance Center building volunteers.
Janet Childers was employed as noon supervisor at Lincoln Attendance Center.
Jennifer Foote was employed as a Special Education Individual Aide at Jefferson Attendance Center. Malory Stendeback was employed as breakfast supervisor at Jefferson to fill the vacancy created by the reassignment of Dee Stone.
Mike Zaranti was employed as the 7th grade girls basketball coach to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Chris Pollard.
Lana Anselment, Lynn Cantrell, Kaleb Collard, Amy Craig, Doug Hayes, Kara Kessler, Scott Kiser, Bill Passmore and Rachel Sinclair were approved as building volunteers at the high school for the 2018-19 school year.
The board also approved closed session minutes of the August meeting during last night’s closed session.
