St. Jude’s Golf Scramble Rescheduled
It was with deep regret the organizers of the Inaugural St. Jude’s Golf Scramble set for tomorrow (sat) has been rescheduled.
Chad Baxley and Josh Cronin, organizers of the event regretted the decision, but explained they “can’t control the weather.”
The event, which will raise money for St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, has been rescheduled for Saturday, Sept. 29.
Baxley and Cronin said they hope everyone will be able to make the Sept. 29 date, thanking everyone, golfers and hole sponsors for their support.
A dance that had been planned for after the scramble has also been cancelled. The organizers indicated they will host a dance following the Sept 29 scramble, but indicated they may have to hire a different band.
