Mailbox Damage Reported by Carmi Police
The Carmi Police Department reported damage to two mailboxes that occurred earlier this week.
According to the accident report, Triston Wayne Buchanan, 21 of 106 S. Powell Street, Norris City told authorities he was eastbound on Oak Street at Burrel Street when the vehicle he was driving left the roadway, striking two mailboxes.
That accident occurred just before 5, Tuesday evening. Buchanan was not injured in the crash and his vehicle sustained damage to the left front.
