A Harrisburg man is in the hospital this morning following a rural White County accident Tuesday afternoon. Illinois State Police say 59 year old Robert Sisky of Harrisburg was northbound on Highway 45 when, according to the preliminary report, he made an improper lane change at the intersection of 141 and drove off the road and into a ditch. Sisky’s passenger, 35 year old Seth Dixon, sustained significant enough injuries he required transport to an area hospital. Sisky has been cited for Improper Lane Usage.
