Carmi Police arrested a 16 year old male juvenile Monday afternoon following a traffic stop on Stewart Street on several charges. The juvenile was pulled over for speeding at 12:34 pm, and during a search of the vehicle, officers uncovered a sizable amount of marijuana. The male subject was charged with possession of 30-100 grams of cannabis, possession of cannabis with intent to deliver, possession of cannabis paraphernalia, and was cited for speeding. The juvenile was transported to the White County Jail, and was later released to the custody of a parent.
25 year old Kirstie Locklar of Grayville was arrested by Carmi Police following a traffic stop on Oak Street Monday evening. Locklar was found to be driving on a suspended license and was taken into custody at 6:20 pm. She was later released from the White County Jail after posting a $150 bond.
21 year old Timothy Wilson of Crossville was arrested early Tuesday morning by Carmi Police following a traffic stop on Industrial Drive. Wilson was a passenger in the vehicle, and was found to be wanted on a White County warrant for aggravated battery and criminal damage to property and was taken into custody at 12:36 am. Wilson was transported to the White County Jail, and is being held pending the posting of bond.
