In White County Court Tuesday, 27 year old Roy D Ritcheson of Carmi was sentenced to three years in prison on a charge of unlawful violation of an order of protection according to States Attorney Denton Aud.
Following incarceration, Ritcheson will be under mandatory supervised release for four years and was also ordered to pay all mandatory fines, fees, costs, and assessments.
Ritcheson was arrested by Carmi Police outside the Carmi Elks Lodge on Saturday October 14th during Corn Days.
