The White County Sheriff’s Department arrested 23 year old Edward Healy of Norris City Monday morning following a traffic stop for driving on a suspended license.
At 7:45 am, dispatch received a call about an erratic driver and a short time later located Healy near Walmart on Route 1. Healy posted a $150 bond at the scene and was released.
