Tommy Brant and Tommy Brandt II, inspirational country music artists, will take the Corn Day Main Stage at 7pm on Friday, October 13.
According to his publicist, “Tommy Brandt is a gifted singer/songwriter who has spent the last twelve years touring the country spreading his down-home message of faith, hope, and love through music, testimony and stories about life. In that time, he has become a leader in his field winning multiple Inspirational Country Music Awards including “New Artist of the Year” in 2004, “Male Vocalist of the Year” five times, and is the current “Entertainer of the Year”. He was honored by the Christian Music Hall of Fame in 2010 with a “Visionary Award” for his contributions to Christian Music using Inspirational Country Music with lyrics that encourage Faith, Family and Country.
Tommy is now touring and appearing at more than 150 venues a year and has become one of the most recognized Evangelists and Inspirational Country singers today. He has shared the stage with country artists such as Keith Urban, Jake Owen, Daryl Worley, Little Big Town, Porter Wagner and Roy Clark. Tommy has ministered along side Christian artists Guy Penrod, Del Way, Jason Crabb, Point of Grace, Chonda Pierce and Josh Turner. He has appeared on GAC, CMT, RFD-TV, GMC, Sky Angel, Cornerstone Television, TCT Network and many more. Tommy Brandt II or Brandt has he likes to be called, looks like a seasoned pro on stage and on camera. At only 16 years old this young man has been touring with his father Tommy Brandt literally his whole life. He took the stage for the first time at 3 years old and has now performed at over 1500 events in venues as large as 160,000 fans including a recent tour with the Franklin Graham Crusade and well known guitarist/evangelist Dennis Agajanian. He was voted the “Instrumentalist of the Year” in Nashville Tennessee and also awarded twice the “Youth in Music Award”. This gifted guitarist has shared the stage with superstars Eric Church, Jake Owen and Little Big Town to name just a few. Brandt is serious about his career and loves to perform for the crowd. His debut CD “Finding My Way” featuring his rich vocals, song writing, musicianship and creativity was just released nationally and getting great reviews.
