35 year old Brandon L Thomas of Geff was sentenced in Edwards County Court Friday to three years in Illinois Department of Corrections custody on a charge of unlawful possession of methamphetamine.
Thomas will be under mandatory supervised release for one year following incarceration, and was ordered to pay a $500 drug assessment fee along with the costs of the proceedings.
Thomas was represented by Public Defender Brian Shinkle, and prosecuted by States Attorney Eric St. Ledger. Judge Michael Valentine presided over the case.
