Each month, Fairfield Memorial Hospital honors an employee who has exemplified outstanding patient care and customer service internally and externally.
In August, Morgan Griffith, RRT, RCP, who has worked at Fairfield Memorial Hospital for five years, was named Employee of the Month. Morgan serves as an important member of the Cardiopulmonary Department Team of Respiratory Therapists. Her peers enjoy working by her side. They acknowledge and appreciate the many instances when she provides a helping hand to other departments without being asked. Staff recognize how hard working, dependable, and attentive she is when doing her work, and is an individual who always goes above and beyond daily to serve her patients.
“Morgan has a very sweet personality; staff, patient’s, and their families love her. I can always depend on her to take care of anything. She is absolutely wonderful with her patients and they will even stop her in the hallway to speak to her as she connects with them so well. I am blessed to have such a dedicated employee as part of our organization and its missions/values,” stated Kindra Schnicker, RRT, RCP, CCT, Director of Cardiopulmonary.
