In Edwards County Court Friday, 34 year old Nathan Harmon of Olney was sentenced to four and a half years in Illinois Department of Corrections custody on a charge of burglary.
In addition, Harmon will be under mandatory supervised release for two years, and was ordered to pay all mandatory fines, fees, costs, and assessments as well as to pay $3,187 as restitution to his victim.
As part of the plea agreement, two other charges against Harmon were dismissed.
