Carmi Police pulled over 19 year old Macer Ours of Mt. Vernon, Indiana Thursday morning for speeding in a school zone, and then arrested him for driving on a suspended license. Ours was taken into custody at the intersection of Main and Slocumb Streets at 8:04 am. He was also cited for possession of less than ten grams of cannabis. Ours was transported to the White County Jail, and later released after posting a $150 bond.
At 3:47 pm Thursday, Carmi Police arrested 34 year old Randall Flowers of Carmi on a White County warrant. Flowers was taken into custody at the intersection of Church and Main Streets and transported to the White County Jail, where he is being held in lieu of a $200 bond.
