Carmi Police arrested 35 year old Jason Waggoner of Silverhill, Alabama Monday night on a White County warrant for failure to appear on a DUI charge. Waggoner was taken into custody following a traffic stop at 8:35 pm at the intersection of Main Street and Fairview Drive.
A passenger in the vehicle, 25 year old Timothy Seely of Norris City was cited for illegal transportation of alcohol.
Waggoner was transported to the White County Jail and was later released after posting a $500 bond.
