Carmi Police arrested 52 year old James Patton of Carmi Tuesday morning following a traffic stop for driving on a suspended license.
Patton was pulled over at 8:11 am on Sycamore Street and taken into custody. He was later released after posting a $150 bond.
Just after 8 pm Tuesday, Katie Klaus of Carmi filed a theft report at the Police Department concerning a stolen cell phone.
