Each month, Fairfield Memorial Hospital honors an employee who has exemplified outstanding patient care and customer service internally and externally.

In June, Tiffany Gomez, who works as a Billing Specialist in the Business Office, was named Employee of the Month. Tiffany is what her peers consider an extreme team player. She not only is an asset to the business office, but also to other departments. Upon recognizing any need, she not only volunteers to help, but does so with enthusiasm. Tiffany continually reaches out to lend a helping hand without ever being asked to do so. Tiffany performs fast and accurate work daily with a positive attitude and motivation to deliver her best.
“While communication is vital in every role within our facility, Tiffany’s communication skills far exceed my expectations. When interacting with others, Tiffany is always polite and treats everyone with courtesy and respect. She has the ability to explain a patient’s statement to them with ease and actively listens and ensures each patients issue is resolved to the fullest. Tiffany serves daily as a perfect example of excellent customer service, and we are blessed to have her as part of our team,” stated Kristin Boldt, FMH Business Office Director.
