The White County Sheriff’s Department received a call about an attempted car break-in early Thursday morning.
James Parker reported seeing a white male in the Country Estates parking lot who appeared to be attempting to gain entry to a vehicle owned by Rowdy Damm around 1:15 am. When James confronted the man, he fled through the trees bordering the complex.
No entry to the vehicle was gained, and Damm was informed of the attempt.
