The following subjects were arrested by the Mt. Carmel Police Department. All subjects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
06/06/2017-Mt. Carmel Police arrested 38 year old Jennifer L. Weedman and 54 year old Donald Wilhite of Fairfield after a traffic stop in Mt. Carmel. During the traffic stop it was discovered the pair were in possession of narcotics and drug paraphernalia. Both subjects are charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine, methamphetamine delivery, unlawful use of property with methamphetamine, and possession of cannabis. Both subjects were transferred to the Wabash County Jail and are being held pending the posting of bond. MCPD K-9 Ace assisted in the traffic stop.
Mt. Carmel Police arrested 21 year old Kathi S. Cessna of Sumner, Illinois after she was stopped for a traffic violation. During the traffic stop it was discovered that Cessna was operating the motor vehicle on a suspended driver’s license. Cessna was arrested and cited for driving while suspended. Cessna was held pending the posting of bond.
