On Friday Wabash Christian Therapy provided a free fish lunch at the White County Senior Center.
Rehab Manager Janelle Waters provided a presentation on Arthritis as this Arthritis Awareness Month. Information shared about types of arthritis, possible causes and contributing factors, difference between osteoarthritis and osteoporosis, and importance of participating in physical activity/ exercise when you have this disease to keep muscle strong enough to support the joints to maintain health, well being and independence in daily life tasks.
Over 100 Seniors enjoyed the lunch at the White County Senior Center.
