The Carmi Chamber of Commerce announced today that Abigail Bryant is the recipient of the 2017 Carmi Chamber of Commerce Scholarship. The scholarship is worth $500.
Abigail has been involved in a number of activities including the White County CEO Program, Golf Team, track, cross country, Key Club, National Honor Society, STEM Club and has been a class officer. She is also involved in her church, 4-H and volunteers with a number of local community organizations. She is attending Harding University in the fall to study exercise science (pre-physical therapy).
Carmi Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Holly Healy noted, “We wish Abbie well in her future endeavors and look forward to hearing of her success.”
The Carmi Chamber of Commerce scholarship is funded by the annual Golf Outing, which will be held on June 24, 2017 and is brought to you in part by First Bank and People’s National Bank.
