May 12, 4-5 p.m. – Southeastern Illinois College’s Associate Degree Nursing (ADN) students and Practical Nursing (PN) students will have a pinning ceremony in the George T. Dennis Visual and Performing Arts Center (VPAC) theatre at SIC. There will be a light reception after in the VPAC lobby. The ceremony will precede commencement exercises on this day.
May 12, 7 p.m. – Commencement exercises will be held in Joseph Deaton Gymnasium. The 2017 Distinguished Alumni, Steven L. Raben and Nancy Fillingim Raben will be the keynote speakers. A reception will follow in the Harry L. Crisp Student Center.
May 23, 6 p.m. – SIC Board of Trustees meeting in the Rodney J. Brenner Board Room at SIC in Harrisburg.
June 10, 8 a.m. – A Food Service Certification/Recertification Class will be offered on the Harrisburg campus in room A-116. Tuition is $49.50 and a fee of $52.
