In April, Staci Atteberry, who works in the Business Office, was named Employee of the Month. Staci has been with Fairfield Memorial Hospital for the past 9 years. She has a true commitment to her job and the patients she advocates for daily. Staci has a genuine love for healthcare billing. She knows the ins and outs of insurance, co-pays and all the red tape that could become a barrier for healthcare claims. When working to fight for a claim for a patient, she diligently advocates and ensures the patient is fully being cared for from a financial and insurance coverage perspective. Staci is known as someone who is extremely intelligent, has a huge heart and is always gracefully takes on extra tasks to assist team members.
“Staci is an absolute joy and an invaluable asset to the Business Office. She is self-motivated to not only meet, but exceed the goals of the department. She will step in to assist, without prompting. Despite having a large workload, Staci is always willing to answer coworkers questions and assists patients, and she does so with a smile on her face. I am grateful for her dedication and service to Fairfield Memorial Hospital,” stated Kristin Boldt, FMH Business Office Director.
