rested 30 year old Caitlin Tyner of Carmi at a residence on Elm Street Thursday afternoon after she was reported to be there without the resident’s permission. Tyner was taken into custody at 1:05 pm on a White County warrant for failure to appear on a traffic offense, and a White County warrant for retail theft.
In addition, Tyner was charged with criminal trespass to property, and two counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. The two existing warrants carry a combined bond amount of $3075 and the remaining charges will have bond set at a court hearing.
36 year old Jason Locke was arrested by Carmi Police on a White County warrant following a traffic stop.
Locke was pulled over at the intersection of Stewart and Schumaker Streets at 1:42 pm and taken into custody. He was transported to the White County Jail and later was released after posting a $2000 bond.
