The Carmi Police Department arrested 36 year old Tabitha Swango of Carmi early Friday morning on an Edwards County warrant.
Swango was taken into custody at 1:43 am in the parking lot of Pundrake’s. She is being held at the White County Jail in lieu of a $100 bond.
