21 year old Robert W Pritchard of Albion will make an appearance in Edwards County Court today after he violated an order of protection issued by that Court on Saturday. Pritchard is accused of coming within 500 feet of the Casey’s General Store in Albion, which violates the order issued in November 2016.
If found guilty, Pritchard faces an extended term eligible sentence, according to States Attorney Eric St. Ledger after being convicted of stalking in 2016.
