In White County Court on Wednesday, 32 year old Brian L Dennis of McLeansboro was sentenced to two years in prison on a charge of aggravated DUI while license revoked according to States Attorney Denton Aud.
Following incarceration, Dennis will be under mandatory court supervision for one year, and was ordered to pay all mandated fines, fees, costs, and assessments.
The sentence handed down Wednesday will run consecutive to a two year sentence handed down in Hamilton County Court on Feb. 16.
Illinois State Police conducted the investigation and made the arrest.
