The White County Soil and Water Conservation District’s Annual Meeting will be held Friday, February 17, at the Floral Hall at the White County Fairgrounds in Carmi.
Registration begins at 5:00 p.m. A free pork loin dinner will be served at 5:30. A short business meeting will follow.
Two Directors will be elected, and awards will be presented to winners of the District’s annual Poster Contest and to the Conservation Farmer of the Year.
Linda Henning, Elastec Marketing Director, will be the featured speaker. Numerous door prizes donated by area businesses will be given away.
The public is invited and encouraged to attend.
